Overview

One WhatsApp number became the operating system for a residential community: six role-based menus, fourteen coordinators, six scheduled jobs, and automated reporting. Residents interact with a bot; coordinators get reminders and operational reports without anyone compiling them by hand.

How it works

Six role-based menus

Residents, coordinators, and admins each see only the commands relevant to them.

Fourteen coordinators

Per-coordinator handling for block-level billing and follow-up.

Six scheduled jobs

Billing reminders, utility thresholds, and operational reports run on schedule.

Automated documents

PDF and Excel reports are generated automatically for the community.

Google Workspace

Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Drive hold the data and drive the automation.
